2 Zimmer, davon ein Schlafzimmer (groß genug, dass ich es auch als Arbeitszimmer nutze) und eine Wohnküche mit geräumigen Willkommensflur.
Dazu ein eigener kleiner Hinterhof!
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, allerdings nicht raus zur Straße sondern raus zum Hinterhof. Heißt die Fenster etc. gehen nicht an die Straße.

The rhine & a nice park is 5 Minutes by foot.
Genereally the street is quiet as it is mostly for walking and various little shops are around such as art shops, culture initiatives and more
Wohnung kann möbeliert bzw. teilmöbeliert übernommen werden, allerdings auch nicht möbeliert möglich. Davon wäre die Kaution abhängig, max. 150Euro jedoch.
Küchenutensilien können ebenfalls bleiben, die Elektrogeräte sowieso.
