ich biete mein schönes, superzentral gelegenes Apartment im Unicenter zum Tausch(!) an gegen ein Zimmer in einer WG eines Studentenwohnheims.
Erstmal zur Wohnung:
- 23.Stock
- 320 warm inkl. allem(auch Strom&Internet)
- 25qm plus Balkon
- großer Balkon, auf den man auch einen Tisch und Stühle stellen kann
- große Fensterfront, sehr hell
- Eigene Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Herdplatten und co.im kleinen Flur
- Großer Einbauschrank im Flur(spart also Platz- man braucht nichtmal einen Schrank aufzustellen)
- teilmöbliert(nur kleiner Beistelltisch, Stuhl und neuer Schreibtisch, wenn man will, bekommt man aber auch noch kostenlos ein Bett mit Matratze dazu) den , aber bei Bedarf kann man die Möbel auch irgendwo zwischenlagern oder auf den Balkon stellen

Ich suche im Tausch Folgendes:
- ein Zimmer in Studentenwohnheim-WG
- mindestens 16qm
- bevorzugt im Umkreis der Uni(Neustadt, Altstadt, Sülz, Zollstock etc.)
Das wärs- mehr Ansprüche hab ich nicht.
