Ich biete meine gemütliche Dachwohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 11.11. bis 27.12. an, bin mit den genauen Tagen jedoch flexibel. Auch wochenweise möglich.
Der große Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist die Lage. Ich könnte mir keine Bessere vorstellen und bin sehr glücklich, hier zu wohnen ;).
Lidl, Netto, Rewe, Vapiano (sowie MC´s, KFC, Subway,Starbucks etc.), DM, Apotheke, Ärzte, und natürlich sämtliche Bars und Clubs an den Ringen direkt vor der Haustür.
In 2 Min. ist man an den Bahnlinien 1,12 und 15 am Rudolfplatz oder nach 5 Min. Fußweg am Zülpicher Platz von wo man mit zwei Bahnstationen an der Uni ist.
Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
Bei Bedarf von Telefon und Internet kommen noch 20 € hinzu.
