Da ich für einige Zeit ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Es ist sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer nach hinten zum Innenhof liegt. Die Wohnung hat vier Fenster, und ist daher auch sehr hell.
Eine abgetrennte kleine Küchenzeile (2 Herdplatten, Spüle, Kühlschrank) und ein kleines Badezimmer sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Südbahnhof. Dort gibt es Anschluss zur Straßenbahn Linie 9 und Regionalzügen. Zur Uni sind es nur ca. 300 m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Zülpicherplatz vorhanden (Rewe, BioSupermakt,Penny)
Die Wohnung ist voll möbiliert.
