The apartment consists of one spacious room that is
structured in a way that you won’t miss any other
during your stay. I am certain you will enjoy your stay
in Cologne! During the time you are here I’ll spend a
semester abroad in Buenos Aires. However I am always
reachable and you will receive the number of a good
friend of mine as a local contact person in case you
might need assistance. Please note that the apartment is
a strictly non-smoking one. I am flexible concerning the exact
dates of renting.

The apartment is well located in Southern downtown just 5 meters from the metro station, 150 meters from the popular Volksgarten Park and 100 meters from Cologne Business School. The university of Cologne is as close as a 8 minutes bike ride. All windows are oriented towards the well-tended inner courtyard, which creates a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The last redevelopment of the entire property was 2012. The building has a facility service that also cleans the entrance halls and tends
the courtyard. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars can be reached by walking distance. However the people of Cologne like to use their bikes to move around the city. Therefore my bike can be used during your stay.
The apartment is well preserved and I would like to find it in the same conditions when I return.
It is a strict non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
If you do not have a regular income yet I will need a guarantee of your parents/legal guardian or
your parents/legal guardian as tenant.
