Ich suche für meine gemütliche Wohnung in Uninähe einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist mit einem einem großen Kleiderschrank (vier Türen), einem Badezimmerschrank und zwei Rollos ausgestattet, die ich gerne für 300 Euro weitergeben würde (siehe Fotos). Zudem möchte ich gerne meinen 1&1 Vertrag (Wlan und Festnetz) für 29,99 Euro im Monat weitergeben, so können Anschlussgebühren und die Wartezeit bis zum Anschluss gespart werden. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es ebenfalls im Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt am Zülpicher Wall direkt bei der Universität in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Die Linie 9 ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Bahnstation Köln Süd. Der nächste Rewe ist ca. 10 min entfernt.
