The place has a small kitchen (2 burners, sink and fridge with freezer), nice bathroom with bathtub and a big room. There are heaters in the big room, hallway and bathroom. It gets direct sunlight in the morning, and plenty of light in the evening even though the view is interior. It has a nice balcony. Quiet neighboors and not much noise from the street.
There are shared washing machines and dryers in the top floor of the building. And bike parking outside and in the basement.
I am moving out of Germany, thus the apparment is only offered with furniture that must be bought for 1300€. This includes:

10 min walking from the university mensa and train station Köln Süd. 15 min walking (or 3 by tram) from Neumarkt.
