Die Wohnung ist 30 qm groß und hat einen schönen Balkon auf der Ostseite. Morgens ist es schön sonnig (falls die Sonne scheint) und ab Mittag angenehm schattig und kühl.
Die Wohnung muss mindestens vier Wochen gemietet werden.
Ich reise für sechs Wochen nach Berlin zu einem Schauspiel Workshop und würde gern kurzfristig und befristet meine Wohnung zur Untermiete anbieten.
Es werden nur, nach meiner Auffassung, zuverlässige Menschen berücksichtigt. Im Endeffekt lass ich mein Bauchgefühl sprechen.
Nippes ist eine wirklich tolle Ecke und es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt.
