Die Wohnung ist möbiliert mit guten Verkehrsverbindung, und die Untermiete wurde von meinem Vermieter genehmigt, also völlig legal.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 35qm2 groß im Hinterhaus, mit ein großen Zimmer, einer separate Küche, Diele, und Badezimmer, und die Warmmiete beträgt 714,00 Euro, kommen noch Strom und Internet zuzüglich dazu.
Eine gesamte Miete ist ca. 770 Euro.

my name is Jean, and I have a one-bedroom flat that is sadly empty for a while from 23. June til 30.Sept.
It's in Schöneberg Berlin, around 35 squaremeter big, fully furnitured with a bedroom / Livingroom with seperate kitchen, bath, and small floor. Its located as Hinterhaus (House in the Backyard) which provides a silent atomosphere.
The monthly rent is around 775 Euro all included (electricity, internet etc. ), very close to public transportation, many grocery store options only within 2- 10 min walking distance.
I am looking for someone who can really handle the apartment with care and responsibility.
