ich suche zum 01.10 (evtl. ein paar Tagen früher) einen Nachmieter/in für mein helles Appartementzimmer auf der 10. Etage mit Domblick.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 320 Euro (mit Internet, Strom, Heizung etc.). 24 m2. Das Zimmer verfügt eine Kochnische und ist mobiliert. Du kannst auch alles im Kellerraum ablagern.
Haltestelle U18 vor dem Tür, Uni - ca 200 m , Hbf -ca 13 min mit dem Bahn.
Einige Sachen müssen gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
Der Besichtigungstermin ist am 10.09.2011, nachmittags. Sende mir email, damit ich Dir die Uhrzeit sagen kann.
