Da ich im August und September kaum in Köln sein werde, möchte ich mein kleines Ein-Zimmer-Apparatment im Uni-Center zur Zwischenmiete untervermieten. Anforderungen: Untermieter soll unbedingt Studentin/Student an einer Kölner Hochschule sein oder zumindest studiengebundene Tätigkeit nachweisen(die Wohnung gehört zum Studentenwerk). Die Wohnung ist zwar klein (16 qkm+Balkon), aber liegt auf der 22. Etage und hat einen relativ großen Balkon, auf der linken Seite mit Domblick. Es ist kein Prachtstuck, aber für zwei Monate kann man da gut leben. Sie ist mit Kochnische, Dusche, WC, Möbel, TV-Anschluss, Internetanschluss ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist einfach super. Das Haus befindet sich nah zur Uni, Zülpicher Str, Barbarossa-Platz, Aachener Weiher. Bis zum Neumarkt 7 Min. mit der U-Bahn, bis zum Hauptbahnhof 13 Min. Bis zur Uni circa 10 Min. Fußweg. Haltestelle Weißhausstraße - direkt vorm Haus U-Bahn-Linie 18 und Bus-Linie 142. U-Bahn-Haltestelle für Linie 9 nur 5 min. Fußweg.
