I'm on vacation from October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. I would like to offer my bright room in a very close to the center and Cologne University for someone who is need it.
It takes only 7 minutes by walk to the Cologne University (main buiding) and 12 minutes to the Cologne main station by Uban No 18
It is about 16m ² in size. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, bookshelves and wardrobe. It is also fully equipped with kitchen including all utensils, grilling oven, bath, and toilet. A very good heating system that makes you warm in the winter.
This is all for 243 euros/month (all inclusive: internet, electricity, etc.)
It is also possible to rent the room for a shorter time.
My apartment is near supermarkets: Aldi, Netto, Rewe. Real
