very beautiful apartment with big balcony

hello,

i am going abroad for one year maybe longer and search a responsible tidy person who i can trust to rent my apartment to.

the location is great. right at barbarossaplatz, so in the beautiful student neigbourhood. only 10 minutes to the mensa, 15min to university by foot.
three big supermarkets at zülpicher platz.
and dasselstr. station with national trains only 3 minutes

the mainroom has a fully equipped kitchen, a big double bed and a sofa that can function as a bed. a table and boards. microwave and cooking stuff. there is no wifi. but you can organize some if you want.
the bathroom is pretty small. but its alright..

i will ask for 60 euro for electricity, by contract ends in october. so from october you have to get your own electricity provider and therefore the rent will be only 500 euro. there is no WLAN. but you can organize some for yourself if you need some.

i ask 1000 euro for deposit which you will get back latest two weeks after moving out. the deposit is only needed for big damage like broken window or in case you dont pay the rent.

please make sure you know that you can not move out before mid august 2017. three months in advance we decide if you stay longer or if you want to move out.

please make sure you really wanne stay for one year.. but sure in case you need to contact me i have a friend living close by who will be your contact person.

anything else? yes there is a washing machine and a biiiig balcony ;) lucky you!! and lots of young neigbours ;)
