There is a 1.40 wide bed available with blanket and pillow and fresh multiple bed sheets and bed covers. Fresh towels will also be available.

A big work desk is ready to be used.

Internet Wi-Fi, elecriticy and heating is available and already included in the monthly rent. There will not be any additional costs other than the monthly rent.


Location wise the apartment is very unique. It is directly located next to the tram station „weisshausstr“, which is 30 seconds from the building. The tram line 18 is very close to the city center of cologne, (approx. 15 min to Köln Hbf).

There are multiple supermarkets located right next to the apartment building. Rewe, Aldi, Foodshops such as Subway Are located roughly 1 Minute from the apartment.

There are washing machines and dryers in the house that can be used and are restricted for only tenants of the building.
