- abgetrenntes Bad und Küche
- gewünscht sind der Einzug zum 01 03 2024 (oder früher) sowie die Übernahme des WLAN-Vertrags (Vodafon)
- teilmöbiliert mit Küchenmöbeln, Lattenrost (1,40m•2,00m), Tisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank, Gartenmöbeln, Grill (dafür ist aber keine Ablösezahlung erforderlich)
- eigener Autoparkplatz vor der Haustür
Die Wohnung liegt in Allmannsdorf. Zum nächsten Bus sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zusätzlich zu den Konstanzer Bussen fahren hier auch die Flixbusse ab nach Zürich, Mailand etc. 5 Minuten dauert es auch bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, zur Bank und Postfiliale. Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Vorzugsweise sind Studierende gesucht. Einzug wäre spätestens zum 01 03 2024, aber gerne auch früher. Übernahme des WLAN-Vertrags ist gewünscht.
