Da ich im Februar 2021 mein Studium in Konstanz beenden werde, suche ich eine/n Mieter/in für diese schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Person und hat einen tollen großen Balkon.
Zusätzlich sind ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz und ein Kellerabteil im Mietpreis enthalten.
Bevorzugt wird die Wohnung mit allen Möbel welche auf den Fotos sichtbar sind, durch einen Aufpreis abgegeben.
Die Wohnung liegt in Konstanz Fürstenberg. Die nächste Bushaltestellen (Buhlenweg oder Herosestraße) sind jeweils nicht mal 1 Minute entfernt.
Zur Uni ist es super praktisch, da der 11-er euch in 5 Minuten hoch bringt.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Denn‘s Biomarkt, Apotheke, Volksbank, Post und eine Eisdiele erreicht man jeweils in unter 2 Minuten.
