1-Zimmer App. in Uninähe / 1-room app. close to Uni

Ich biete hier meine kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.06.18 bis 24.08.18 an. Das Appartment ist 16 m² groß, vollmöbliert mit Pantry-Küche und es kommen KEINE Nebenkosten zum Mietpreis hinzu, da sowohl Strom als auch Warmwasser und Internet in den Mietkosten inbegriffen sind. Es sind vom Wohnheim bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter, von wo aus die 9 regelmäßig an die Uni (nur eine Station) und in die Innenstadt fährt.

Zusätzlich zur Ausstattung der Küche kann ich bei Bedarf auch einen Miniofen, den ich selbst mitgebracht habe, in der Wohnung lassen, falls das gewollt ist.

Da das Zimmer durch das Studierendenwerk betrieben wird, ist eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung des Untermieters für diese Zeit (jedoch unabhängig von der besuchten Hochschule) zwingend notwendig.

I'm offering my appartment for rent from June 1st 2018 to August 24th 2018. The appartment measures 16 m², is completely furnished with a pantry kitchen and the costs are calculated in total, as electricity, heating and internet are included. There is a bus stop right outside the building where busses going to Uni (only one station) and to city are leaving frequently every few minutes.

In addition to the basic pantry kitchen, there is a mini-oven I bought myself that I can leave within the room for the time being.

The appartment is being run by the Studierendenwerk Seezeit, which will only accept students for their appartments. So, you need to be able to prove your enrolment at any University to be able to rent the appartment.
