Für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung such ich ab März einen Zwischenmieter. Die Wohnung bietet mit 49 m² viel Platz. Sie ist vollmöbliert (Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode ...) und verfügt über eine EBK mit Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Das innenliegende Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine Dusche.
Zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt sind es nur 10 min mit der Bahn (Linien 3,7,8,15). Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe (Bäcker, Konsum, Apotheke ...). Nur 5 min zu Fuß zum Park. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, hier können auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung ist von März bis Ende August zu vermieten. Der Zeitraum kann flexibel gestaltet werden, also eventuell auch erst etwas später. Du solltest Nichtraucher und ordentlich sein.
