Da ich umziehe und meine Kündigungsfrist noch nicht abgelaufen ist, möchte ich die Wohnung zum 1.12 abgeben. Sie hat eine Größe von ca. 34m^2 und ist sehr gut geschnitten. Zu der Wohnung gibt es noch einen Keller und einen Abstellraum im Treppenhaus, welche ausreichend Platz bieten.
Momentan beträgt die Kaltmiete 203€, jedoch ist mir noch ungewiss, ob der Vermieter plant diese zu erhöhen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Connewitz und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Conntwitzer Kreuz entfernt.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Fahrzeiten mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn zum Zentrum betragen ca. 10-15 min, zum S-Bahnhof Connewitz 5 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie diverse Cafés und Restaurants sind ausreichend vorhanden.
