Da ich für ein Auslandssemester Leipzig für einige Monate verlasse, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Gohlis-Süd. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wenn du ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände behalten willst (Drucker, DVD-Player, Kochutensilien,...), kann ich die gerne da lassen.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich ein Kellerabteil zu nehmen und im Hinterhof gibt es eine kleine Rasenfläche.
Die Wohnung liegt in Gohlis-Süd, nicht weit von Bus- und TRAM-Haltestelle. In ca. 10 Minuten bist du mit der TRAM oder Rad im Leipziger Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Kaufland), Bäcker, Post und alles, was man sonst so braucht, gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zeitlich ist es kein Problem, wenn du etwas früher oder später ein- bzw. ausziehen möchtest. Das ist nach Absprache möglich.

I'm leaving Leipzig to study abroad for some months, so I'm looking for someone to rent my studio apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and if you like you can use some of my stuff (printer, dvd-player, kitchen utensils,...). There is also a dishwasher and a washing mashine.
The apartment is located in Gohlis-Süd and you'll find some supermarkets (Aldi, Kaufland), bakery, post office, bus and tram stop and everything you need just around the corner. You will need just 10 minutes to the city centre using the tram or your bike.
If you like to move in/out earlier or later, just let me know. Call or send me a SMS/mail if you like to see the apartment.
