28m² Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim im Leipziger Westen

Hallo liebe Leute,

ich suche ab 1. Mai eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim.
Das 28m² große Zimmer befindet sich im 8ten Stock (keine Sorge es gibt einen Aufzug:)), ist schön hell , geräumig und möbliert (Bett + Lattenrost + Matratze, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Schrank, Regal und kleiner Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen).
Küchennische (inkl. Kühlschrank und Abzugshaube) und ein separates Badezimmer sind auch vorhanden.
Einrichtung und Zimmer sind renoviert also im neuem Zustand.
Vier Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner befinden sich im Keller des Wohnheims. Internetkosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
Außerdem sind im Keller ein Kraftraum (der kostenlos genutzt werden darf), ein Klavierraum und ein Fahrradkeller.

Hello guys,

I am searching for a new tenant for my one-room apartment in a student dorm.
The 28m² big room is located in the 8th floor (don’t worry there is an elevator in the house;)).
The room is very bright because of the window front on the west-side.
Also the room is furnished (Bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe, table, 3 chairs).
As well there is a kitchenette (with fridge) and a bathroom, everything is renovated.
Washing machines are in the basement. The internet costs are included in the rent. Also there is a weight room, a piano room and a bicycle room.

Close to the student dorm (10 minutes walk) there is a big mal with stores like Real, dm and Saturn. The closest store is Lidl. You can get there in 4 minutes.
The next Tram station is called “Stuttgarter Alle” and is also only 4 minutes away by foot. In 20 minutes you can reach the city center with this Tram.
In the basement of the student dorm there is the student club “Oase”.
And not to forget the “Kulkwitzer” lake, which is also close to the student dorm.
