Ich suche ab 01.01.2014 einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Raumwohnung in Lausen Grünau. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine Einbauküche und natürlich einen Keller (ideal für Fahhräder oder Winterräder). Das Sofa mit Tisch und dem Schreibtisch können gern für einen kleinen Unkostenbeitrag übernommen werden.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist gut, Päckchen werden angenommen etc., sodass man nicht immer zur Post rennen muss :).
Die Wohnung liegt ca 5 min zu Fuß vom Kulkwitzer See entfernt. Im Sommer ist das optimal zum grillen, braten, schwimmen und abends entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 5 min Fußweg entfernt, zum Bsp Lidl. In die Stadt sind es mit dem Rad ca 40 min, mit der Bahn vlt 20 min.
Super für Studenten. Nette Anwohner im Haus. Direkt vorm Haus viele Parkmöglichkeiten.
Man ist auch schnell auf der A38 (Südring Leipzig) und somit zügig unterwegs, wenn es mal weiter weg gehen soll.
Zum Belantis ist es auch nicht mehr ganz so weit, auch wenn man dann ein Auto nehmen sollte.
