Du hast dein eigenes Bad, mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Stuhl, Regal, Beistelltisch, Bett und großem Schrank. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank (mit Tiefkühltruhe), Spülbecken, Herd (2 Brenner) und eine Küchenarbeitsplatte.

Hello, I am looking for someone to take my place in a single apartment from September onwards. You *must* be a student to qualify.
The monthly rent is 250 Euro and includes everything (heating, electricity, water, internet, and TV).
The apartment is a single room with its own bathroom. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sink with a mirror. The room is furnished with a bed, huge wardrobe, desk, chair, table, and shelves. The kitchen area includes more shelving, a sink, a stovetop (with two burners), a refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), and a countertop with storage below.

Das Wohnheim ist sehr Zentral. Zu Fuß 2 Minute zur Haltestelle "Deutsche Nationalbibliothek” (Straßenbahn Linie 2 und 16), 8 Minute zur in großes REWE, und in etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man Porta!.
The dorm building is centrally located. By foot it takes about 2 minutes to reach the streetcar stop “Deutsche Nationalbibliothek” (Straßenbahn Linie 2 and 16), 8 minutes away there is a REWE (large supermarket), and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Porta!, a huge store for household goods.
Im Studentenheim gibt es Fitnessräume, Waschmaschinen, Partyräume mit Küche, und einen Fahrradkeller.
Der Hausmeister ist recht schnell zu antworten wenn etwas kaputt geht.

Within the dorm buildings there are fitness rooms, washing machines, party rooms with kitchens, and places to store bicycles.
The house master responds very quickly to problems with the apartment.
