Ich vermiete meine Wohnung, da ich für ein Semester im Ausland bin. Sie ist für eine Person perfekt geschnitten mit einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Vorraum und einem kleinen Bad.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat schöne breite Fensterbretter, auf denen man gemütlich sitzen und rausschauen kann.
Leider gibt es eine Baustelle vor dem Haus, wodurch der Ausblick auf die Kirche langsam weniger wird. Aber es ist immer noch viel Himmel und Sonne zu sehen.
Die Wohnung ist voll eingerichtet mit Küche, Esstisch, Sofa, Fernseher und Stereoanlage, Schreibtisch, Bücherregale, Bett und Kleiderschrank.

I rent my apartment because I am abroad for one semester. It is perfectly cut for one person with a big living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a small bathroom.
The apartment is very bright and has nice wide windows where you can sit comfortably and look out. Unfortunately there is a construction site in front of the house, so the view of the church is slowly disappearing. But there is still a lot of sky and sun to see.
The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV and stereo, desk, bookshelves, bed and closet.
Die Wohnung liegt in Lindenau zwei Minuten entfernt vom Karl-Heine-Kanal, der zum Spazierengehen, Radfahren und Rumsitzen einlädt.
In der Nähe auf der Karl-Heine-Straße und Merseburgerstraße gibt es viele nette Bars und Cafés, sowie Theater und Kinos. Die Straßenbahn ist nah, und in Leipzig ist alles gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. (Mein Ersatzrad kann auch verwendet werden.)

The apartment is located in Lindenau two minutes away from the Karl-Heine canal, which invites you to walk, bike and sit around. Nearby on Karl-Heine-Straße and Merseburgerstraße there are many nice bars and cafes, as well as theaters and cinemas. The public transport is close, and everything in Leipzig is easily accessible by bike. (My spare bike can also be used).
Am liebsten wäre mir natürlich eine Person, die das ganze halbe Jahr untermieten wollen würde, aber wir finden bestimmt auch andere Lösungen.
Außerdem gibt es hier relativ viele Pflanzen, die gegossen werden wollen. Sie sind aber leicht zu pflegen!

I would prefer a person who would want to sublet the whole half year, but I'm sure we can find other solutions if necessary.
Also, there are many plants here that want to be watered. But they are easy to take care of!
