Ich suche ab dem 01.04.2014 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung. Du bekommst möblierte 1,5 Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Die Möbel stammen vom Vermieter und langfristiges Mieten ist kein Problem, im Gegenteil. Das Gebäude wurde vor knapp 2 Jahren hochwertig kernsaniert, es ist also alles neu und schick.

- Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion
- Wohnzimmereinrichtung inkl. TV
- Bett
- Tresen mit Barhocker
- diverser Stauraum
Die Lage ist wunderbar. Denn mit der Tram 11 ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, mit der S-Bahn sogar in 5 Minuten.
Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden und bis zu den Leipziger Seen ist es auch nicht weit, genau wie ein Park und der Auwald.
