Da ich bis Mai 2020 in den USA leben werde, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Zeit von August bis Mai; beim genauen Ein- und Auszugsdatum bin ich flexibel. Die Wohnung ist durch ihre nach Osten gerichteten Fenster schön hell und hat eine geräumige Küche in einem separaten Raum. Neben WLAN & Waschmaschine ist für Filmfreunde auch ein großer 40"-Flachbildfernseher vorhanden.
As I will spend an exchange year in the United States, I will sublease my 1 bedroom flat from August to May; as for the exact dates of you moving in and out, I'm flexible. The flat is light and sunny thanks to its eastward-facing windows; it has a sizable kitchen in a separate room. Besides WiFi and a washing machine it also has a large 40" flatscreen TV for all film enthusiasts.

Unmittelbar vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Straßenbahnstation; hier fahren gleich 3 Linien ab, durchschnittlich alle 4 Minuten hält also eine Tram bei dir. In unter 10 Minuten bist du an Hauptbahnhof, Uni und Innenstadt. Das Viertel Neustadt-Neuschönefeld ist z.Zt. sehr angesagt (höchste Zuzugsrate Leipzigs), es entstehen allerorten Cafés, Bars und Galerien und internationale Imbisse (Asia, orientalisch, italienisch) sind direkt um die Ecke, Supermärkte (Aldi und Konsum) ebenfalls.
A tram station is located right in front of the house door; it is served by 3 lines, meaning that a new tram will arrive on average every 4 minutes. It'll take you to main station, university and the city centre in less than 10 minutes. The quarter Neustadt-Neuschönefeld is considered very hip at the moment - new bars, cafés and galleries spring up all over the place. Also, several international takeaways (Kebab, Asian, Italian) and two supermarkets are right around the corner.

Ich suche für die Wohnung einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter; wenn ihr Platz für persönliche Gegenstände haben wollt, kann ich gerne auch einige Gegenstände aus der Wohnung ausräumen.
