Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, wo genug Platz für 2 Leute und seine Wäsche ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, wo genug Abstellmöglichkeiten für seine Möbel sind. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Ofen und einer Abzugshaube. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man eigentlich nicht viel mit, außer man sieht sie auf dem Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Plagwitz 2 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist an der Elsterpassage wo auch Bus und Straßenbahn antreffen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte sind in direkter Nähe. Zum Stadtzentrum brauch man ca. 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit einem schönen Blick auf den Hof.
Da ich umziehe ins Ausland, können alle Möbel von mir übernommen werden auf Fernseher Bett Waschmaschine etc. Die Wohnung ist also perfekt für jemanden für den, der die erste eigene Wohnung haben möchte.
