Schöne und helle Maisonettewohnung mit Küche.
Die ziemlich kleine Küche besteht aus Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld und Spüle und ist zugleich der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer.
Das Bad besitzt WC, Dusche und Spüle.
Der Wohnraum ist wirklich schön hell und hoch, wodurch ein angenehmes Raumgefühl entsteht.
ACHTUNG, die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung eingerichtet. Momentan befindet sich jedoch lediglich eine neue, ungenutzte Matratze in der Wohnung, die gern für 50€ übernommen werden kann.
Ich bin morgen, Donnerstag, 28.5., in der Nähe und könnte ab Nachmittag Besichtigungen durchführen.
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort übernommen werden oder optional zur Untermiete.
Am liebsten wäre mir eine sofortige Übernahme.
