Hey :) Ich bin ein paar Monate weg und vermiete meine schöne Wohnung unter. Sie ist sehr gut geschnitten, daher fühlt es sich wirklich geräumig und groß an.
Sie ist voll möbliert:
Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Die Küche ist mit allen üblichen Geräten ausgestattet.
1,40m breites Bett, sowie Sofa, Tische und Stühle können alle genutzt werden – Du musste im Grunde nichts mitbringen.
Auch ein Fahrrad kann genutzt werden.
Wifi und Strom sind in der Miete enthalten.

Hey :) I am away for a few months and sublet my nice apartment. It is very well cut, so it feels really spacious.
It is fully furnished:
There is a bathroom with a bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances.
An 1,40m bright Bed, as well as sofa, tables and chairs can all be used - you basically didn't have to bring anything.
A bicycle can also be used.
Wifi and electricity are included in the rent.
Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch im Leipziger Osten gelegen:
Nicht nur Rewe und andere Läden sind in 1 Minute erreichbar, auch der hippe Lene-Voigt-Park liegt direkt um die Ecke und der Friedenspark ist auch nicht weit. Mit Rad oder Tram dauert es 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt oder zur Uni, in den Süden oder zur Eisenbahnstraße geht es genauso schnell.

The apartment is very conveniently located in the east of Leipzig:
Not only Rewe and other stores are reachable in 1 minute, also the hip Lene-Voigt-Park is just around the corner and the Friedenspark is also not far. By bike or streetcar it takes 10 minutes to the city center or to the university, to the south or to Eisenbahnstraße it is just as fast.
Es kann sein, dass ich im Anschluss ganz ausziehe und die Wohnung auch langfristig weitergeben kann. Das ist aber noch unklar.
