Ich möchte meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im nächsten Jahr von Februar bis Juli untervermieten. Zur Kaltmiete fallen an Nebenkosten etwa 150€ an (Strom, Internet, Heizung alles inbegriffen).
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlafzimmer (ca. 20qm), eine davon abgetrennte Küche (ca 12qm) und ein Bad (ca 10qm). Einen großen Teil der Möbel würde ich gern da lassen (Küche, Waschmaschine, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch), aber darüber ließe sich auch noch mit mir sprechen. Ein Kellerabteil und eine kleine Abstellkammer auf halber Treppenhöhe sind vorhanden, ebenso ein Hinterhof zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern und Wäscheaufhängen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Reudnitz, um die Ecke vom Lene-Voigt-Park. Supermarkt, Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle sind in weniger als 5 Minuten erlaufbar, der Weg in die Innenstadt dauert zu Fuß 20-25 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad etwa 15.
Ebenfalls gut erreichbar ist der Naturwissenschaftler- und Medizinercampus (zu Fuß 15 Minuten). Ein Bus fährt zur Karl-Liebknecht-Straße mit Bars etc., ansonsten gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung auch Döner/ Pizza und andere Imbisse.
