Hallo du, ich möchte meine Wohnung zwischen Mitte Februar und Anfang April (muss nicht die gesamte Zeit sein) an eine Person vermieten, die Pflanzen mag und sich für den Zeitraum bereit erklärt hin- und wieder zu gießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr offen, lichtdurchflutet und bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort. Für eine Person bietet sie genug Platz und für den kurzen Zeitraum würdet ihr euch zu zweit auch nicht zu sehr auf die Füße treten. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und es ist eigentlich alles da, was tagtäglich benötigt wird. Das Bett kann zurück zum Sofa umgeklappt werden.
Ich habe nur ein Foto hochgeladen, bei Interesse schicke ich gerne welche hinterher.
Sie liegt in der Koehlerstr, die lärmarm ist und trotzdem alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung hat. Bars, Supermarkt, Grünfläche, Apotheke, Haltestelle, Post, Späti und super leckeren Seitan Dürüm in der Olive.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 4 Stationen entfernt, die Bahnen und der Bus fahren regelmäßig.

Hey you, I would like to rent my apartment between mid-February and early April (doesn't have to be the whole time) to a person who likes plants and is willing to water from time to time for that period. The apartment is very open, light-flooded and offers a quiet retreat. It offers enough space for one person and for the short period of time, if you are two persons you would not step on each other's feet too much. The apartment is furnished and there is actually everything that is needed every day. The bed can be folded back to the sofa.

It is located in the Koehlerstr., which is low-noise but still has all important points of contact in the immediate vicinity. Bars, supermarket, green area, pharmacy, bus stop, post office, Späti and super delicious Seitan Dürüm in the Olive.
The main station is 4 stations away, the trains and bus run regularly.
