ab September 2022 bis Februar 2023 möchte ich meine Wohnung untervermieten. Sie ist möbliert und total schön! Bett (100x200), Schreibtisch, ausziehbares Sofa, Schrank, Spiegel, Bad mit Dusche, Küchenzeile mit Miniofen. Insgesamt 20 qm, das Zimmer selbst ist 14 qm groß. Zwei Fenster in Richtung Süden mit Blick auf einen Park, es ist immer schön hell. Es gibt auch Rollos. Top Lage, Bus, Bahn und S Bahn max. 10 Minuten entfernt. Aldi ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Lene Voigt Park ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Spätis, Imbissbuden und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt im Haus einen Waschraum (Münzen könnt ihr bei der Hausverwaltung kaufen), dort kann man seine Wäsche aufhängen. Euer Fahrrad könnt ihr sicher in einem Fahrradraum unterstellen.
Es ist ein ruhiges Haus, das sollte respektiert werden. Mir liegt meine Wohnung sehr am Herzen, deshalb suche ich jemanden, der gut mit ihr umgeht.
Warmmiete 350 € pro Monat. Internet ist inklusive.
Die Nebenkosten sind in der Warmmiete enthalten. Erhöhter Verbrauch wird berechnet.

Hello,
I am looking for subrental from September 2022 until February 2023. It is a furnished accommodation, there is a bed (100 cm x 200 cm), a desk, a couch, a wardrobe, a mirror, bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a small oven. 20 square metres in total, the room itself has 14. There are two large windows so there is lots of light. In front of the windows there is a park. Top locations, bus, tram and metro is max. 10 min. footwalk away, same as late night stores, snack bars and bakery stores. Supermarket is one minute away, the Lene Voigt Park u can reach in 5 minute walk.
There is a room with washing machines and dryers, where u can wash ur clothes. Coins can be bought there too. Bikes can be put in a separate safe room.
My house is a calm one, I kindly ask to respect that. I really appreciate my flat so I am looking for someone who takes care of it.
Rent: 350 € per month. Internet is included. Additional costs are included in rent. Higher consumption will be charged.
