I'm Tasha, 43, a civil servant, originally from Köln.
I would love to sublet my apartment from Feb 7th,2023 till the end of Nov, 2023. I highly prefer a woman, to stay in my place, since I made best experiences by that. The apartment is located in Reudnitz-Thonberg with best bars, cool places to eat and great cafe .
There is a room with a tabel and two chairs, desk, a sofa, bed, small dining table and loveseat; an equipped kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator and mini-oven and a windowed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The house is on the main street, but the apartment faces the courtyard :)
The apartment is on Dresdner Strasse. The Koehlerstraße bus/train stop is a 2-3 minute walk away.
Otherwise there are Penny/Kaufland/Rossmann as well as Spätis and take away food in the same distance.
The Leipzig main station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or by train.
