Suche Nachmieter für wunderschöne 1-Raumwohnung mit alten Holztürrahmen und Türen, Parkett im Wohnraum, (optional) Einbauküche und toller Lage zwischen Mariannen- und Abtnaundorfer Park ab ca. Mitte September. Mein Mietverhältnis endet am 31.Oktober und die Wohnung könnte vorher oder ab diesem Zeitpunkt übernommen werden. Ich zahle gerade 360 Euro warm, die Hausverwaltung hat bei der Vorabnahme festgelegt,dass der neue Mieter 5 Euro kalt und 2,20 Betriebskosten (Hausmeister,Wasser,Heizung) zahlt. Somi ergibt sich eine Warmmiete von 400-410 Euro.Fakten zur Wohnung: kleiner Flur, ca. 32 qm Raum mit Parkett/Erker, Küche ca. 9-10qm, Bad mit Wanne ca.9-10qm. Einige Fotos findet ihr bereits für den ersten Eindruck. Ich stelle demnächst nochmal welche rein. Besichtigung möglich ab ca. 2. September.
