Ich suche für meine gemütliche kleine Wohnung für 2,5 Monate eine vertrauensvolle Person, die eine Zwischenbleibe braucht. Die 43 m2 Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, ist voll möbliert mit 160 cm breitem Bett, Tisch, Sofa, Stühle, Küche, Bad. Internet und Festnetz-Flatrate ist auch dabei. Du brauchst also nur mit deinem Koffer zu kommen und kannst dich sofort wohlfühlen.
Für Musiker würde ich mein kleines Piano zur Verfügung stellen, sowie meine Gitarre. Weil ich aber selbst nur mit meinem Koffer gehe, muss ich alle persönlichen Sachen zurück lassen. Bücher, Kleidung und Co.
Die Miete liegt bei insgesamt 450 Euro im Monat mit Strom/Wasser/Internet/Telefon.
Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen, um die Ecke befindet sich die Karli mit Restaurants und Bars. Drei Bäcker, Konsum, Lidl und Rewe in Laufnähe. Straßenbahn und Busanbindung ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für alle Notfälle ein Spät direkt gegenüber, der jeden Tag (auch Sonntag und Feiertag) von 8-22 Uhr geöffnet hat.
