Great apartment, great location, great building. 1+1 50m2, Close to Karli, Fully furnished

First of all, due to my limited German, it would be better to communicate in English. However owners of the apartment are German if you want to speak with them as well.

I am moving out of this great apartment due to leaving Germany soon. The building is in August Bebel strasse 77, 2 streets below Karl Liebknecht, between Karl liebknecht-Kurt eisner and Richard lehmann-HTWK stops. Overall a very nice building, very good location close to trams 9-10-11 and busses 70 and 89. Also shopping places like and many restaurants etc everything is closeby.

The apartment is around 50 m2, has a spacious enough bedroom, bathroom and quite spacious living room.

The apartment is fully furnished, and I need to transfer everything to the new tenant for a price we can agree on. The items are: A two person bed, a very nice wardrobe, washing machine, some cupboards, two big and a small table and the kitchen with sink, stove and fridge with some cupboards, vacuum cleaner and an old model but functional Sony LCD tv(32 inch), as can be seen in the pictures. We can decide on a reasonable price, but obviously I would want to give it to the highest bidder. Also, just to give an estimate, the original price for all was around 2500-3000 euros I think.

As for the rent and other costs. Currently the apartment is 420 euros+electricty(30 euros)+internet(25 euros). However due to a new tenant there might be a slight increase in rent, in any case the total costs should be around 500 if it increases.

The apartment also has a basement cellar with a small storage place. Also I have a bicycle I want to sell if you are interested.
