Hello everyone!
I'm leaving Germany at the end of September and I need someone to take over my fully furnished cosy flat.
As shown in the pictures, the flat comes fully equipped (bunk bed with storage space, cupboards, shelves, tables, memory foam mattresses, electric oven, fridge, kitchen cupboards, hallway pegs with storage space, bathroom cabinets, curtains, plates, pots, cups and cutlery) ready to be a home.
Additionally, I'm leaving some freebies behind: bongo drums, midi keyboard, speakers, 2 bicycles and a lock.
The building has a washing machine in the cellar that can be used with tokens bought from the lamp shop downstairs (€2.10/token).
Karl-Liebknecht-Straße is a buzzing area, with everything at reach (Rewe, Aldi, Restaurants, Gym).

This flat is for non-smokers and unfortunately is not pet friendly.

Ideal for a young professional.
