Ab Mai suche ich eine Nachmieter*in für meine Einzimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung ist im 5Stock, es gibt keine. Aufzug. Sie hat sechs Fenster inklusive einem ausklappbaren Fenster (Mini Balkon), große Küche, kleines Bad mit Duschkabine; ohne Fenster, freundliche und ruhige Nachbarn. Unter mir wohnt ein Pianist, den man meistens vormittags hören kann. Die Wohnung ist schön gemütlich, aber nicht neu renoviert, ein paar Macken hat sie. Im Sommer ist es natürlich auch ziemlich warm im Dachgestoss. Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel dalassen (Waschmaschine, Couch etc) gegen circa 200€.
. The flat is in the fifth floor under the roof, so it can get quite hot, but the six windows create a nice breeze. Also there is no elevator. The apartement is not freshly renovated so there are a small quirks like an old stove and sometimes the fridge makes weird noises. But nothing big, i just wanted to mention it so you dont expect a freshly renovated apartement. Feel free to ask any questions. I want to leave some furniture like a washing machine and a Couch for around 200€.
The flat is in the east of Leipzig, close to a Tram/Busstation "Wiebelstraße", you can walk to center/uni in about 25minutes. Its a nice area, the next supermarket (Netto/Kaufland) is 5-10minutes.
