Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein geschnitten. Kleiner Flur. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ein großes Zimmer und daran anschließend eine kleine Küche. Sie ist hell und da sie ganz Oben liegt hat man einen schönen Blick.
Es ist in der Küche einen Singelküche vorhanden die gern übernommen werden kann, sowie ein Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank (PAX Ikea) und eine Schlafliege die auch übernommen werden können.
Im Haus wohnen sowohl Studenten, als auch ältere Leute. Man ist schnell in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich schalte die Anzeige für meinen Sohn. Wir sind am WE in Leipzig zum beräumen der Wohnung. Sonntag (12.7.) ab 12 Uhr ist eine Besichtigung möglich.
