Hey! I will be working in Frankfurt in the next months, so I am looking for a sub tenant for my Studio apartment from 01. February. 2024 till 29.February. 2024.
Registration ( Anmeldung) is not possible because this is a short term rent contract.
Specifications of the place :
- It's a Studio apartment: toilet, kitchen / entrance , room, balcony. It's located in the first floor and there is an elevator.
- It's fully furnished with TV, desks, bed, carpet, and in total approximately 38m2.
- Kitchen is a two stove kitchen and has all necessary equipments.
-Balcony has automatic blinds.
-Bike shed in the back of the building.

Hallo! Ich werde in den nächsten Monaten in Frankfurt arbeiten und suche daher einen Untermieter für meine Studiowohnung vom 01.Februar. 2024 bis 29.Februar. 2024.
Eine Registrierung (Anmeldung) ist nicht möglich, da es sich um einen kurzfristigen Mietvertrag handelt.
Angaben zur Wohnung:
- Es handelt sich um ein Studio-Apartment: Toilette, Küche/Eingang, Zimmer, Balkon. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.
- Es ist voll möbliert mit TV, Schreibtisch, Bett, Teppich und insgesamt ca. 38 m2.
- Die Küche hat zwei Herdplatten und ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet.
-Der Balkon hat automatische Jalousien.
-Fahrradschuppen auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes.
The apartment is located in Center North ( near the Zoo) - that is 5 minutes walking from central station ( Bahnhof) and 10 minutes walking to Leipzig University. There is also a tram stop 2 min. away.
Since the apartment location is central, you will have all supermarkets, shops, restaurants around you.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Nord (in der Nähe des Zoos) - 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität Leipzig entfernt. Auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Da die Wohnung zentral gelegen ist, hast du alle Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.
