Die Wohnung ist 31m² los und hat alles, was man braucht: Eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein geräumiges Wohn-/Schlafzimmer.
Die Innenstadt ist binnen 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso verhält es sich mit dem Hauptbahnhof. Der Zoo und ein schöner Park sind auf der anderen Straßenseite. Außerdem fährt hier natürlich auch die Straßenbahn. Die Lage ist top ...
Ich selber wohne in der Wohnung erst seit Oktober, also ist alles noch sehr neu und geplegt. Leider bin ich im März im Praktikum woanders, sodass ich die Wohnung in der Zeit zwischenvermieten kann. Eine Waschmaschine habe ich nicht, da es um die Ecke (3min Fußweg) einen Waschsalon gibt, der sehr preiswert ist und wo ich die Trockner auch nutzen kann.
Über das Ein- und Auszugdatum können wir gern individuell sprechen - das sind jetzt erstmal Richtdaten:)
