Hallo, aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes vermiete ich mein schönes kuscheliges Apartment unter. Durch die hohen Altbaudecken und Westfenster ist es wirklich hell und die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlen kann. Von Staubsauger bis Geschirr ist alles vorhanden. Das Überlassen einzelner Gegenstände würde ich dann privat abklären, meine kleine Büchersammlung würde ich allerdings gerne in der Wohnung lassen.
Der Mietbetrag setzt sich aus der Nettomiete (375,34 €) und folgenden Nebenkosten zusammen:
- laut Mietvertrag bereits festgelegte Betriebs- und Heizkostenpauschale (132,00 €)
- Monatlicher Rundfunkbeitrag (18,36 €)
- Verschleiß/Nutzung aller Einrichtungsgegenstände (5,30 €)
Hey everybody! I will sublet my cozy apartment due to a stay abroad. Because of the big windows facing west it's really bright, especially in the evening hours. It's fully equipped already (vacuum cleaner, cutlery, ...), ready for you to move in. I would like to keep my little book collection in the apartment, everything else we can talk about in private.
The rental amount is composed of the net rent (375,34 €) and the following additional costs:
- according to the rental agreement already fixed operating and heating costs flat rate (132,00 €)
- Monthly broadcasting fee (18,36 €)
- Wear and tear/use of all furnishings (5.30 €)
Die Lage ist einer der größten Pluspunkte an der Wohnung. Es geht kaum zentraler. Fußläufig sind es 5 Minuten zum Augustusplatz, 7 zur Uni und 2 zum nächsten Supermarkt. Trotzdem ist es sehr leise, da das Apartment in den Hinterhof sieht.
The location is one of the biggest advantages of this apartment. It's really central, by walking it's 5 minutes to Augustusplatz, 7 to Universtiy, 2 to the next supermarket. Still it's very quiet since it's facing the backyard.
Ich suche eine Person, die nicht raucht und verantwortungsvoll mit meiner Wohnung umgeht und dabei selbstverständlich auch Rücksicht auf alle Einrichtungsgegenstände nimmt. Im Idealfall studierst du gerade oder bist eine andere Person aus dem universitären Umfeld, da es sich um ein Apartment in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim handelt.
