Leider muss ich meine 1-Raumwohnung für 1 Jahr verlassen, da ich ins Ausland gehe für ein Semester und ein Praktikum.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum Leipziges zwischen Augustusplatz und Johannisplatz, je nachdem welchen Eingang man benutzen würde. In 2 min ist man dann jeweils bei den Straßenbahnhaltestellen.
Bei dem Preis von 350€ sind alle Kosten INKLUSIVE! Das heißt, wasser, strom und Energiekosten sind schon mit eingerechnet sowie auch Internet und Fernsehen. Ihr wisst also genau, wie viel ihr jeden Monat bezahlen müsst!
Außerdem ist das Gebäude, genauso wie die Wohnung 2011 renoviert und dementsprechend auch hochwertig! Da ich nur zeitweise weg wäre, würde ich gerne meine Möbel hier lassen. Ihr bräuchtet also nur noch noch Euch selber mitrbingen. ;)
