Da ich ins Ausland gehe, suche ich zum 1. August 2018 einen Nachmieter für meine superhelle 1-Raum-Wohnung in einem sanierten Altbau im Zentrum von Leipzig. Sie ist 37 qm groß, hat eine offene Küche mit Einbauküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, schöne große Fenster und einen Westbalkon zum Innenhof hinaus ... also Sonne satt den ganzen Nachmittag und Abend. Einen kleinen Keller gibt es außerdem. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof kann dazugemietet werden. Das Haus besitzt einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Verkehrsanbindung (Tram, Bus, S-Bahn, Fernzug) ist ausgezeichnet. Damit ist die Wohnung auch ideal für Pendler. Da der Hauptbahnhof nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist, gibt es zudem auch ohne Probleme am Sonntag etwas zu Essen :-) Die Innenstadt mit Uni, Oper, Gewandhaus, Museen, Cafés, Geschäften etc. sind ebensfalls nur 5 Gehminuten weit weg.
