Still looking for a student apartment? This one might be the right for you:
- located close to the city center and university. A good starting point to explore Leipzig.
- It's small but well designed. No space is wasted.
- Only students are living in the accommodation. There is a game night every Wednesday and a party every now and then.
- One trip to IKEA or to one of the dozens flea markets in Leipzig to buy some kitchen stuff and everything is settled.
- Underfloor heating! Feel like rich people do!

Since the flat is near the city center, no area of leipzig is too far away .
The flat is for students only! The student housing will be responsible for the contract.
Everything is included in the 385€ rent!
Well, using the washing machine does cost extra. Too bad :D
