Hallo ich suche einen Nachmieter am besten zum 1.Oktober für eine tolle Wohnung an der Karli im südlichen Zentrum Leipzigs. Die Wohnung hat 40qm einen sehr geräumigen Balkon, sehr hohe Decken und Fußboden-Dielen.
Küche ist drin, falls Interesse besteht die zu übernehmen für einen schmalen Taler. Warnmiete ist im Moment 426€. Die Wohnung hat auch einen sehr großen Keller wo man alles verstauen kann. Die Wohnung ist zur Hofseite gerichtet und somit ist es immer ruhig und man hört keinen Lärm von der Straße!
ÖVPN zb Münzgasse oder Hohe Straße sind in 2 min zu erreichen. Wenn man am Wochenende was trinken will kann man auf der Karli alle Bars abklappen die in 5 min zu erreichen sind.
In die Innenstadt und zur S-Bahn Station Wilhelm Leuschner Platz braucht man zu Fuß 8 min.
