The perfect place for a student or a single! It has enough space for everything and it is really easy to keep it clean. It has its own kitchen and Toilet, therefore you have the privilege of keeping everything for yourself. :)
The microwave and the TV come with the apartment, free of charge.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Uni-Klinikum und ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß (150-200m) vom Bayerischer Bahnhof und Johannisplatz entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es Konsum (150m) und Edeka (150m) zum Einkauf.
Während der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig und man kann sich wirklich ausruhen. Aber wenn man etwas Spaß haben will, sind die Innenstadt und Südvorstadt (Karli) wirklich in der Nähe - ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

The apartment is located near the University clinical center and is only 10 minutes walk (150-200m) from the Bayerischer Bahnhof and Johannisplatz. Nearby there are Konsum (150m) and Edeka (150m) for groceries.
During the night it is very quiet and you can really rest. But if you want to have some fun, the city center and Südvorstadt (Karli) are really close - about 15 minutes walk.
Die Hausverwaltung ist immer erreichbar bzw. der Hausmeister ist mindestens zweimal der Woche vor Ort.
Der Waschmaschinenraum und der Fahrradkeller sind für alle Bewohner verfügbar und es befindet sich im UG.

The property management is always available - the janitor is on site at least twice a week.
The washing machine room and the bicycle cellar are available for all residents and they are located in the basement.
