It's a very bright and cozy single apartment which I've been living in myself and caring with a lot of love. I'm subletting it for three weeks because I'm traveling for work. You can use everything inside (all furniture, wifi, beddings, Kitchenware, and even the electric piano).
It's located in a small street near Bayerischer Bahnhof, therefore the neighbourhood itself is very quiet and peaceful, but just within 3min walking-distance you have access to the big public transportation connection. In 10 min walk there are dm, Aldi, REWE, Edika and the whole city center.
The price involves everything for this apartment. I would like to give my home to somebody who can also care for everything as a home, even though just for a short period of time.
I also have two cats, Yukiko and Francois. They are both 4 years old and very friendly. I would like to look for somebody who is a cat lover and is willing to live together with the two of them. They would need some care-taking, but very easy to handle (filling the dry food dispenser once a week, feeding them some canned wet food every other day, and clean their toilet twice a week). I will of course prepare all things needed before handing the apartment to you.
