schöne, kernsanierte, 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Zentrum-West (möbliert)

Hallo,

da ich mit meinem Studium Ende August fertig werde, würde ich gerne meine Wohnung weitervermieten. Am liebsten wäre mir, dass mein Nachmieter alle (fast alle) meiner Möbel übernimmt.

Zuerst aber etwas zum Haus. Der gesamte Komplex wurde vor weniger als zwei Jahren kernsaniert. Das heißt, die Wohnung, als auch das Treppenhaus, ist in einem perfektem Zustand. 

Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich 3 Kleiderschränke (Ikea Pax), ein Schreibtisch, Esstisch, 2 Stühle, Regal und ein Bett (180cm) ohne Matratze. Preis ist verhandelbar und kann gerne erfragt werden.

Das Bad verfügt über eine Duschkabine, Waschbecken, WC, Fußbodenheizung, beheizten Handtuchhalter.

Die Küche hat einen großen Kühl/Gefrierschrank und das wohl wichtigste eine Spülmaschine. Sonst auch total neu, da quasi unbenutzt. Zudem gehört die Küche zur Wohnung und muss nicht abgekauft werden.


Zudem gehört ein relativ großes Kellerabteil zu der Wohnung.

Im Moment habe ich zudem ein Internet+Telefonanschluss von Kabeldeutschland (Telefon-Flatrate & 100Mbit Internet) der natürlich übernommen werden kann.

Die Wohnung ist also im Grunde genommen komplett bezugsfähig und in einem wirklich super Zustand!

Hey,

since I will be done with my studies at the end of august, I am currently looking for a new tenant. In the best case someone that will buy my furniture as well.

The whole apartment complex was renovated not even two years ago. Therefore my apartment and the building are in perfect condition.

in my living room there are 3 wardrobes (Ikea Pax), a desk, dining table, 2 chairs, cupboard and a bed frame (180cm) without a mattress.

The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, underfloor heating and a heatable towel rack.

The kitchen has a big fridge and freezer. More important it has a dishwasher. In general the kitchen is in perfect condition due to very limited use. Additionally it comes with the apartment and does not have to be paid extra for.

At the moment the apartment has a KabelDeutschland telephone(flat rate)+Internet(100MBit) and television HD contract which can be continued or canceled beforehand. Its up to you...

Overall the apartment is ready to move in as everything needed is here.
