Die Wohnung besteht aus einem riesigen, hellen Zimmer mit offener Küche (Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank könnte ich überlassen, aber auch mitnehmen), Bad, Flur und Abstellraum. Sie ist angenehm saniert, hat eine Badewanne, im Hauptzimmer Stuck und eine tolle Flügeltür. Sie liegt im beliebten Waldstrassenviertel, ruhig und sehr zentral. Keine 5Min zu Fuss ins Zentrum. 10Min zu Fuss zum Bahnhof.
In der günstigen Warmmiete von 384,- ist auch Strom schon inbegriffen.
Ich lebe seit 3 1/2 Jahre in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Leider verlasse ich Leipzig nun. Deshalb suche ich ab Oktober eine/n Nachmieter/in.
